Role Summary/Purpose:
Industrial's Regional Service Leaders will have responsibility for OP Plan development, ownership, and execution, including overall margin growth, operational excellence and financials for all region field services, repairs, and parts. These services include Motors, Switchgear, Transformers, Relays and other Industrial Power Distribution products. He/she will lead a newly established organization and will have responsibility for identifying organizational needs, and hiring and developing qualified talent to meet customer needs in the region.
Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
- Ensure 100% compliance with EHS and regulatory requirements in the region.
- Own and drive overall financial performance and organic growth of the region including Sales, CM, OM, Inventory, and the Receivables for Field Service, Projects, Repairs and Parts.
- Conduct financial forecasting and deliver operating margins according to plan.
- Own customer relationships beyond "planned" activities; expand fulfillment responsibilities to all product & service needs.
- Leverage productivity tools to drive purchased labor & material, variable cost, and base cost productivity.
- Coordinate collective efforts for Industrial Services relative to Power Distribution parts, services and repairs to drive improved customer satisfaction/solutions focused on productivity, cost control, and on ¨Ctime delivery.
- Develop Regional business strategies and provide feedback on market dynamics.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and confidence in IT.
- Integrate the operations perspective into proposal initiatives.
- Integrate Services, Parts & Repairs aspects of business model to provide total solutions.
- Provide timely and effective warranty administration services.
- Proactively work with Sales and the Commercial Operation teams to provide solutions in meeting customer needs.
- Promote development, recognition, and retention of overall region organization
- Promote coordination/integration of all Sales and Operating activates.
- Develop services talent both for larger field and leadership roles.
- Be an importer/exporter of talent.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering)
- 10+years of technical, services and / or P&L experience.
- Minimum 8 years management experience, with 3+years in comprehensive operations leadership roles w/P&L responsibility.
- Understanding of Industrial customer processes and profitability drivers.
- Self directed and highly motivated.

- Green Belt certified (IT employees only).
Desired:
- Proven experience in leading field service operations team.
- Prior P&L, FIELD Services, and Sales/Commercial experience in Power Distribution Services and / or Products.
- FEP/TLP graduate.
- MBA or Advanced Engineering degree.
- Ability to define & lead change.
- Prior process and operational experience as BB, MBB or services leadership experience.
- Prior experience leading field service management operations for power generation, and/or industrial services.
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
