Sales Manager,North China,Energy Services Core PG(3432)

Company Background:
Our client is a well-known MNC company in various technology and services industries.


Essential Responsibilities - Internal:

  • Own the Sales, Margin and Orders Operating Plan for Power Generation Services business for the assigned customer base in the region.
  • Own the business relationship with assigned customers at all levels.
  • Understand customers'CTQ's and provide service solutions for the assigned customers from outages (parts, field services, repairs) to projects (value packs, long term services agreement).
  • Own customer satisfaction and work with different departments in the business to drive solutions for product issues.
  • Own the entitlement process for an assigned set of turbine serial numbers (installed fleet).
  • Identify opportunities to drive business growth and synergy for all segments and market penetration cross Energy Services business

Qualifications/Requirements - Internal:

  • BS Degree in Mechanical/Electric Engineering or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in industry-related sales, application engineering, power generation sales or field service sales.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of power industry market, products and services.
  • Proven commercial and sales experiences in closing complex contractual agreements.
  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to effectively lead multi-functional teams.
  • Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs.
  • High proficiency in utilizing analytical software and sales tools. (CMS, Excel, etc.)
