About the position:

You will join the team as a Software Development Engineer, Lead (SDE Lead) . Key areas of responsibility including but not limited to:

• Manage the relationship and communication with SharePoint engineering partner teams in US.
• Own architectural designs and specifications
• Enforce Engineering Excellence practices
• Drive quality in all facets of development.         

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years experiences with .Net/C++/OO and web technologies.
• 2+ years Project Management experience with full release cycles of major software products.
• Commanding knowledge of programming languages (C++, C#) and computer fundamentals.
• Proven Technical and Analytical skills, with experience solving complex software problems.
• Passion for technology and software quality
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively cross-group and cross-discipline
• Highly motivated self-starter
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and English written/verbal communication skills.
• Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or other related technical discipline

Desired Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of SharePoint products is highly desired
